Ingredients
· 80g Badia Farms Cress of choice. We used Red Radish, Red Cabbage, Garlic Chives, Purple Basil, Wasabi Greens, Pea Shoots, and Mustard Lace.
· Drizzle of Olive Oil
· 1 Garlic Clove (only if not using Garlic Chives in Cress mix)
· Crackers of choice or Grilled Sourdough
· Salt (coarse) & Pepper
Method
Roughly chop the Cress.
Heat a cast iron skillet or non-stick pan, add Olive Oil and Garlic first (only if not using Garlic Chives), and sauté for a few minutes, just enough to wilt the Greens. Add in the remaining ingredients and saute for 2-3 minutes on medium-high heat.
Remove from heat, and serve hot or cold with Crackers or Bread of choice. If you would like, crumble some Goats Cheese on top. This would also be a great addition to a cheeseboard.
