With its distinct sharp, pungent, spicy and peppery flavour, rocket also has a wonderful aroma. The sharp flavour of this micro-green pairs well with tomato, cheese and grilled root vegetables. As well as being richer in vitamin C than oranges, red cabbage is packed with vitamins and nutrients. It’s an eye-catching microgreen with dark green, heart-shaped, lobed leaves and slender magenta-purple stems. We grow two varieties of lettuces that boast naturally rich flavour, firm texture and bright colours in bite-sized leaves – making them perfect for salad bases.
Popular for both its texture and flavor this variety of lettuce gives you the perfect base for gourmet burgers and sandwiches. The frillberg combines the frilly texture of a lollo biondi lettuce with the crunchiness of an Iceberg.
